Foreign Delegates

Upon arrival at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, staff from NAIA carrying a signage of “10th SCA Conference” together with the representative from Department of Tourism, Mr. Geraldo Petilla and Ms. Sarlyn Robledo of NRCP (Terminal I) and Mr. Jesse Nicavera and Ms. Ma. Josefina Marin of NRCP (Terminal II) will usher/assist you to the Diplomatic Lane, Immigration, Conveyor Area and VIP room while waiting for the vehicle which will transport you to Sofitel Philippine Plaza. NRCP will handle the transportation from the airport to Sofitel Philippine Plaza.

Register at the Sofitel Front lobby for your accommodation.

Proceed to Conference registration: Delegates arriving June 13, proceed to Mindoro Room (800AM-600PM); delegates arriving June 14, proceed to Luzon Ballroom.

Claim your prepared Conference ID and kit.

In case there are corrections, proceed to the table with “REPRINT ID” signage.

For city tour, delegates are requested to proceed to the table with “CITY TOUR” signage for registration.

-Meal stubs, and abridged program of the conference is at the back of your ID.

Local Participants
- Registration starts at 7:30am to 8:30am.
- Registration is in alphabetical order by surname, look for the designated table.
- Sign the registration form.
- Claim your prepared Conference ID and kit.
- In case there are corrections, proceed to the table with “REPRINT ID” signage.
- Proceed to the Conference Venue (Luzon Ballroom).
- All participants are requested to be at the Conference Venue by 8:00am

-Claim your Certificates of Participation and Appearance at 1:00pm on June 16, 2010, Registration table.

Cluster Speakers
- Register at the table with “CLUSTER SPEAKERS” signage.
- Sign the registration form.
- Claim your prepared Conference ID and kit.
- In case there are corrections, proceed to the table with “REPRINT ID” signage.
- Proceed to the Sulu room to preview your presentation.
- Proceed to the Conference Venue (Luzon Ballroom).
